1. Delete in the app

Open DRILY → Profile → Privacy → Delete account and confirm. This is the fastest way and does not require contacting us.

2. Delete by request

If you cannot access the app, write to privacy@drily.org from the e-mail address of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

3. What is deleted

Your account, profile and support requests are deleted from our servers within 30 days. Favorites, history, settings and browser data are stored on your iPhone, and the app erases them as soon as you delete the account. Signing in again after that creates a new, empty account.

4. What we may keep

We keep only what the law requires — for example, records of transactions — and only for the period the law sets.
