Terms of Use
- Effective date: October 7, 2026
- English
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and DRILY (“we”) for the DRILY app and website. By installing or using DRILY you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use DRILY.
You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
2. What DRILY is
DRILY is a discovery, search and browsing layer for iPhone. It helps you find content and websites and opens them at their official destinations.
DRILY does not host, own or operate third-party content or services and does not replace them. Videos, music, podcasts, news and websites remain the property and responsibility of their providers, and their own terms apply when you use them.
3. Your account
Some features need an account. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity in your account. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Privacy → Delete account.
4. Subscriptions and payments
DRILY is currently free. If we introduce paid features, their price and terms will be shown in the app before you buy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use DRILY to break the law or the rights of others;
- bypass technical protection of content or of third-party services;
- interfere with DRILY, probe it for vulnerabilities or overload it;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it;
- use automated means to access DRILY without our written permission.
6. Intellectual property
The DRILY app, name, logo and design belong to DRILY and its licensors. Names, logos and content of third-party services belong to their owners; showing them in DRILY does not imply any partnership or endorsement.
7. Disclaimers and liability
DRILY is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that third-party content will be available.
To the extent permitted by law, DRILY is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for third-party content and services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law of your country.
8. Termination
You may stop using DRILY and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as DRILY changes. The current version is published on this page. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use DRILY after that means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law and contact
Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
